Why would Vitello come to LSU when he has built a consistently strong program which geographically has strong population growth compared to shite hole LA. JJ will get this sorted, sucks in the short term but his record indicates he can be successful at a high level.

He's not. He didn't last time the job was open and now he's going to turn Tennessee into a job that's not worth leaving. Despite what people may think, we were negotiating with him and Jay at the same time.
He won't leave Tennessee for Arkansas either. His only "home" was Mizzou and they passed on him for a high school coach.
