BR to act responsibly and live within its means and replace lost police and fire funding from other places? Or complain blame st George and let the PD and FD fall woefully underfunded and make a bad crime situation worse.
You did not ask me this question but I will give my opinion anyway. Unfortunately, I am going with option 2.
