A or B depending on who the 35 yo and the top 10 rookie are.
C is meaningless without full context. For example is the 35 yo in the last year of his contract or is his contract buy out minimal? If it’s say a free agent you just signed to a 4/$180M deal with $100M guaranteed then it would be fricking stupid to do C.
