Right, but the COVID vaccine issue is more about long term.
Unvaccinated people are not dropping from COVID if they had it at some point right now, due to heart disease.
On the other hand, it's become more clear that there are some possible complications long term to the Vax.

Not heart disease, in any proven % larger than the population at large.
Possibly blood clots (which is what OP focused on), but AZ was the UK vax and was not used here. AZ talking about blood clots cannot logical confirm any American-based anecdote from completely different vaxes.
