Over the years I’ve built and flipped houses. I know good subs in BTR. It is getting harder with the trade industry. I often tell folks, if you need a painter, go to a paint store, get 3 or 4 names. You can find what you need. I grew up with a number of folks that do Electrical, Plumbing, etc. I ask them for references.
