I wish I could. But I’m female and feel it’s beyond my area of ability. Maybe I should learn! Saw a woman who youtubed fence repair and did it. But I need posts in ground, too. I have male friends who could do it, but really don’t want to, but I hate to put it on anyone in case something goes wrong. I save little the things for them to help with.

there are good tradesmen and available tradesmen. Pick one
also, and no offense to anyone as I am a contractor just giving it to you straight…there’s very little chance a good contractor can make any money on a small one-time residential job. It costs more to go look, price up, get scheduled and get out there than he/she can realistically charge
Someone mentioned 5K above…again just being honest, that’s pretty much a minimum charge regardless of the work for anyone besides a handyman. If you want something some for less, there’s guys in the lot at the depot

Do you think guys are just born knowing how to do this stuff?
If you can do some simple math, planning, dig a hole, and learn from youtube you can do it. Nail gun will help for sure and you'll need a circular or miter saw.
The only difference between us and women is that we have learned to have the confidence to do it ourselves and don't have a man that will do it for us... at least for "free".
