This seems to happen every season without fail. We start out strong and collapse down the stretch. We're 11-13 since starting out 24-0, winning only 2 out of our 8 SEC series. Our hitting has gone into the crapper and we're making a lot more errors. Basically, we're regressing, not just struggling.

I don't disagree but this team is going through more than a 'tough stretch'. They have lost 6 of their 8 SEC series and have looked completely lost the last 4 weeks. We continue to struggle to manufacture runs in general. Even with Beth's struggles in recent years losing that many SEC series may be a new low for her. This is on top of having a senior heavy roster from the COVID years

And that is one my knocks with Beth as of late in her tenure, we always seem to be peaking early on/mid season then collapse the back half of the year between late SEC play, conference tournament, and of course the last 2 years getting sent home during regionals.

I hope they can get hot in the post season but it feels like we have seen this movie before
