The TikTok ban is yet another example of how neither political party has any compunctions about sacrificing your freedoms, rights, and choices, when it serves their political interests.
With that in mind RFK, Jr. is going to file a suit to save the entrepreneurial platform for thousands of American young people. He feels he must because politicians want to screw them over just so they can pretend to be tough on China.

Rand argued with Kilmeade about this weeks ago... that this is a very very slippery slope. To claim bc 20% is owned by a firm tied to China, that they can ban it, whats to say politicians can't shut down Fox because of minority ownership in a foreign country.
I despise TikToc and everything to do with it, but this is no bueno.

ough on China.
Its a Singaporean company that international investors around the world own shares in. Including the USA and China. USA tiktok is ran on a cloud only here in the USA and already has state "protections". This is just a smokescreen for american social media platforms to try to get their hands on tiktoks by getting their politicans they donate millions to, to do a shake down of their competitor.

I feel RFJ, Jr. is using the suit as his form of "lawfare" to reel in the TIC TOK culture for his campaign.
