re: Beth is staying

I don’t think we’ve waited too long. She crushed it the first five years. The next few were a step back but consistent super regional…now we are sputtering. If she wasn’t such a great person it would be easier to cut bait.

Also don’t like how she held our feet to the fire for a raise when auburn called her a few years ago. If you’re going to do that, you better win or people won’t forget you have a top 5 salary now. That comes with results.
