Given it hasn't been done in 50 years, I do not agree that there is no value in another country getting back there before the US. I just don't believe that.
Also, the ability for an extended type stay and research, etc. If someone like China could do that now or 3 years ago, there's rather obviously advantages to doing so.
I just don't buy the notion that there is no reason to do it. My question would be, the US is planning to go back, why? Does that not run counter to or disprove your entire reasoning then for not needing to go back?
