He is not wrong. POTUS is the most demanding stressful and taxing job in the world. It ages anyone; look at Obama. Trump and Biden are both old not in great physical or mental state and their terms have wore on them.
It would not surprise me to see whoever wins and becomes the oldest POTUS to die in office given their age
