I like The Golden Mill, its a small food hall type venue with lots of outdoor seating right on Clear Creek. A block or so away is Barrels & Bottles which is good.
Others:
Mountain Toad
Golden City (your small neighborhood brewery)
New Terrain (little further away)
Some Restaurants:
Xicamiti
Abejas
Woody's Pizza
D'Deli
Bob's Atomic Burgers (never been but people seem to like it)

Golden Mill is a good spot when it's nice out. If you like Himalayan region food, Sherpa House in Golden is hands down the best restaurant along the Front Range for that. Also hit Ace High, Golden City Brewery, and Buffalo Rose.
The LoDo area around Coors Field is lame and super corporate-ish now, but Coors Field is a great stadium and definitely worth catching a game at. Since they suck, wait until after first pitch and scalp tickets.
ETA: for in and around Coors Field, check out Terminal Bar at Union Station, Cherry Cricket, Wynkoop Brewing (they have their own pool hall upstairs), or go NE across Broadway into RiNo, there's a ton of places there all within walking distance that are better than places around Coors Field.

Last time I went (8ish years ago), they also sucked (surprise!) - I think we paid $30ish dollars for club seats
