re: Did the Catholic Church hide pedophiles?

I know a priest that informed uppers in his parish of another priest “comforting” women coming to him about husbands and wanting divorces..
he was told to be quiet and sent to another church in the middle of the swamps.. the comforting priest continued his sickness and was later assigned to a catholic girls school in Nola.. yes the one with all the rumors..

The other priest disappeared into depression and died ..
The Catholic Church is terrible .. I grew up catholic as did my wife .. we are not catholic anymore .
