A sub par bbq place replaced by a sub par pizza place
Someone throwing money away
I’ll give it 9 months because if the quality isn’t close to zeppelins they won’t make it
Would be better off turning it into a Izzo or lit pizza

Building looks almost complete. Owners of the building own Ivar's, opened Unleaded and rebranded because Unleaded didn't work out.
Food was okay and the placed was hardly ever packed. I never got a warm slice of brisket on the three times I went. Also, it was weird that there was such a massive liquor bar in a BBQ restaurant. They have an Instagram account now but with zero posts.

I'm hoping they succeed, along with whatever the rebranding is going on across the street at the old Bumsteer's location.
