Pack of taco seasoning
Jar of salsa
Cook until it falls apart & shred
We do this & freeze in small containers, makes easy tacos or quesadillas
ETA
when cooking for 1-2 it’s easy to freeze smaller portions
Spaghetti sauce, red beans, pork chops & gravy all freeze well
