Only bc what the F are the people we pay taxes to doing? We have a whole city parish dept. whose literal job is to do what KTTB is doing.

I've had that same thought many times and I realized at some point that I never see DPW crews picking up trash. I never see a DPW truck driving around town anywhere. I'm convinced those guys clock in, pile up in a DPW truck, and go fishing or go sit behind a Walmart somewhere and snooze.
