Yes.

Women used to choose a decent man and then help to build/create the circumstances they want.

Now they choose the circumstances and hope for the best that the man is worth a shite.

Gone are the days of "I married him when he had nothing, stuck by him while we worked hard and built a good life, and now look where we are."

Now they wait at the finish line.
