Meanwhile, they will have a refund check mailed to them, or will mail a check, which uses THE EXACT SAME ACCOUNT.
If the government wants to tap or limit your accoubt, guess what, they are going to do so, this makes no difference.
As far as government seizing Russian Bank accounts... I mean if they are doing illegal things...

You admitted that my take is correct, and still somehow claimed I need to take off my "tinfoil hat." Really tying yourself in knots here.
Anyway, I have nothing in response. The government's ability to freeze your accounts is exactly why a cash free society should be opposed at all times. Thanks for agreeing that the government can do that to you.

Do you keep a sizeable amount in paper cash?
Like say something you could live off of for 6+ months?
