Swimming is by far my favorite form of cardio (that one can legally do in public). I don't mind biking but more for fun that anything for cardio. For the most part I either run or jump on the row machine at the house. I may hit some equipment at the gym just to get my heart rate elevated before humping into my sets, but have never cared for the elliptical, jacob's ladder, or the other gym cardio equipment.
