So, does Lindsey think by saying this he's HELPING Trump with the DC sewer, or he KNOWS that millions of Americans hate this cash grab of taxpayer money and by saying Trump helped get it passed, he's lowkey trying to undercut Trump with his supporters?

Lindsey is just recounting the events as they occurred
And laughing behind the scenes about people trying to act like things would change with Trump.

So he’s lying?
If he is, then I expect Donald Trump will come out in the next 48 hours and call Graham out on it.
