No GR I just saw those two numbers 23 billion and the 13.8 billion. Other sites had 10 to 14.5 billion for civil servant/retirement things. I dont know where the other 10-15 billion is going.
Any fool can look at this and say its not going to change anything, except, 1000s more will die on both sides and politicians will get rich.
