I want my sons to be products of their generation but also men.
We sent our sons to private, Christian schools we trusted to help us instill the proper values. Both are in college now and are perfectly normal. No drama, just working hard on their careers.

My kids will go to private christian schools. Also, your kids are in a different generation than my kids

Invest in your son
Instill strong moral values
Have expectations and hold him accountable
Don't tell him he's doing great when his performance is average
When you do tell him he's doing great, it'll mean something to him
Tell him you love him at least once per day
Show him you love him by sacrificing for him. He'll notice.
No screens whatsoever
Books, books, and more books
The five B's produce great boys:
Bible
Books
Bats
Balls
and Boobs
We sent our son's to a Classical Christian school. Our 25 y/o is a commercial pilot and our 23 y/o just finished a Master's in fiance in six months. Both are rock solid young men.
