I've found meaning in what I call "The Three F's".
Faith
Family
Fishing
Those are my three reasons for existence. Everything else is noise in the periphery.
Not saying I don't hear the noise or even make noise myself at times, but when I'm practicing my 3F ideology, I can easily tune it all out.
If you haven't found what works for you yet, keep looking. You'll find it. It took me my first 40 years of life to discover and adopt my own version of stoic philosophy, and the years since then have been a great boon and blessing.
