Obviously it’s about controlling the populous.

You can remotely turn off electricity to an oil refinery, dumb arse.
You really are a dumb arse. Oh the irony.

It’s about being able to turn off electricity remotely.
Y’all must live in a state of perpetual anxiety huh?

Hogwash! You must not know anyone who lost everything when their business failed because it was forced to close or whose child experienced learning loss and depression when schools were shut down.

You do know that you can charge a battery without plugging in to the electrical grid, right?
I do, so answer my question. Which EV can you buy today that self charges while driving, or doesn't need to be plugged into another charging source, electrical grid, generator and charges itself?
It was a sincere question because I have not heard of one, but apparently you have?

another charging source
Why make this exclusion?
Posted on 4/22/24 at 9:50 am to DisplacedBuckeye
Self Sufficient correct? Self sufficient in my definition is no required help from other sources. The EV's battery should recharge itself, no? Or contain a a source within or on the vehicle, such as a solar panel, but doesn't need to plug into another charging source. That is how I view a self sufficient item.

Self Sufficient correct?
Yes, but not for the car.

Explain?
My original question was what EV vehicle is self sufficient?

Conservatives should embrace the self-sufficiency of solar and EVs while strongly opposing the mandates being pushed.
Perhaps I should have said the self-sufficiency offered? Does that clarification help?

They cannot turn off my power or water without coming out here. Otherwise they would have to cut off the entire neighborhood. Good luck.
this board.
So they have to come out to turn off your electricity on your house, but you're concerned that someone can remotely turn off your car?
I am guessing you didn't know your engine can be shut off remotely even if it's a gas engine .
Why is this board consistently a few rungs below the average on stuff like this.

What is your point again?
The point was they can't shut off older cars remotely.

They want you to believe it’s for climate change and the environment. Dupes believe that.
It’s about being able to turn off electricity remotely. Can’t do that with gasoline.
What type of energy powers gas pumps?
