Michael Gambon as Dumbledore
Solid actor, but Richard Harris nailed the role for those that read the books. He just didn't quite stick the landing with this character.

Didn’t Gambon become Dumbledore because Richard Harris died?
I agree he was better but I wouldn’t call it a miscast when it was due to the first guy being dead.
