Boy, oh Boy. You attacked your historical foe last week and are celebrating your birthday. You hear loud bangs and booms going off, the ground is shaking, and the air raid sirens are wailing.

I read the news 12 hours ago before settling in with ma in her kerchief and I in my cap for a long springtime nap. The attack had just commenced and I slept like a baby. It appears the Israeli capability was put on display without too much waste.

Israel only launched a couple missiles and only hit one or maybe two locations, and did not destroy anything. It was, as they say, just a message.

Yep. From what I have gathered Iran previously launched 185 explosive drones, 36 cruise missiles and 110 surface-to-surface missiles from three fronts at Israel and MISSED EVERYTHING!!
Israel, whose jets did not even enter Iranian airspace, hit everything it targeted.

Khomeini is still alive, the mullahs are alive. Nothing important was destroyed yesterday.

You are right and I am sure the order desk of the MIC is busy this morning. However, the nuke facilities are also in Isfahan. Israel just let them know, obviously, those facilities are in clear and present danger at any time. It also let Israeli allies know just how vulnerable those facilities are as well. I pray the nuclear ambitions of a mullah led Iran can be scuttled soon.

Nah, not really. I know that's the optics.. but it's all optics.
Israel COULD take them out, but they won't. Israel COULD take out Khomeini and the mullahs, but they won't. Khomeini COULD take out Bibi and Tel Aviv, but they won't.
Until anyone gets serious about cutting heads from snakes, it's all optics for power and profit. But that won't happen. They're all snakes and none of them want any head cutting going on.
Status quo is working just fine.
