I was initially joking around but I'm not sure what kind of command structure you are accustomed to but the most basic level NCO, barely wet behind the ears would never have been addressing the public years ago. And if you think an E-4 or an O-10 are the only options then I got nothing for you.

You didn’t upset me. I just don’t understand why you think it takes any skill to read out a basic press statement that someone else wrote and why it matters. Latasha the civilian coffee maker could have done it. Has zero to do with leadership or your “back in my day” goofiness.
