What type of tubing is feeding the dishwasher? Copper or poly? Either could have been crimped when the slid the old dishwasher out and and new one in.
Does the tubing feeding. The dishwasher have its on stop or did someone use a needle tapping saddle to make a connection?
Best practice is using a 3-way compression stop at the sink, one branch feeds sink other feeds dishwasher. Needle valve can leak and get less water flow.
