Call animal control and have them destroyed as a danger to humans.

I mean... if you have a dog that is a biter... you slap a muzzle on them, right? Or.... if you can't get the biting stopped... well, that's another story.
And if our cat hissed at us when we first "got" her, she either got bopped on the nose or squirted with a spray bottle. Doesn't seem to hiss any more.

If a dog bites a person a couple of things can happen. The owner (parents) can get sued and/or the animal is put down.
Have the parents choose...
