I'm so confused. So was it the mediocre season or possibly driving your coach to madness that makes trading all of our assets for him so appealing? What did he do that was so impressive and why would that save us?

Initially I was making a joke, but i firmly believe that Willie Green was awful this year. And I also believe that Gayle Benson has no intention of ever replacing him.

As for Trae Young, he has many flaws. But he is a significantly better basketball player than Brandon Ingram and provides playmaking abilities that can make Zion more effective off the ball while still having the ability to play off of Zion.

I also think that while Trae and CJ can't be a starting backcourt, they could do some serious damage the way Curry and Poole used to.

That's all I was trying to say.

I said Trae wasn't my preference, there's a few guys I'd want before him.

But if we're solely talking about BI or Trae, I don't think it's up for debate, Trae is clearly the better player and would also be better for this team than BI. Again, I don't even get how folks would debate that at this point. I get and understand all the Trae flaws, don't even disagree with most of them. But he is still clearly and obviously better than BI, and also would still fit with this team better than BI going forward.
