I have a buddy who lives on a big piece of land in Central. His house has a carport not a garage. Mice chewed the shite out the wiring in his Tundra and his wife's 4 Runner.
TWICE.
It turns out the insulation on the wires is made with vegetable oil.
He has 7 or 8 dogs so he didn't want to use poison. He bought some sonic gadgets to repel them and it seems to be working.
