Everyone was overpaid, but they have to do that to get you to leave the Tour. Rory leaving would suck, because it would take more viewers away from the PGA than it would add to LIV.
But ya know, being a golf fan is already starting to be worse outside the majors anyways.
Also, Rory is in the field for the RBC so that would be bizarre timing and I don’t know how they’d add one team.

If their goal is to make the PGA cave, I'd say that they're worth every penny. The longer the two tours are separated and LIV is blackballed by the media, advertisers, and from getting a TV deal, the more money LIV loses.
They're going to force the PGA's hand at some point. Rory accelerates that process like dry leaves on a fire.
