Am normally in bed at 8 so it doesn't give me very much time to get bored and hungry.
Are you single or 65+?

Not a dig, I am genuinely curious how someone gets in bed by 8 pm.

Married, 35 years old. No kids.

Wife and I both are in bed by about 745. 2-3 minutes of sex then I'm passed out by 8. She stays up until about 830 reading. I wake up between 330-4 she wakes up at about 4. She usually gets off of work at around 330 so normally she has dinner ready at about 530-6. We have been pretty good about planning meals and having all the shopping and such for the week done on Sunday.

Just checked my garmin and for the last year my average weekly (including weekends, I have Fridays off) bed time and wake time are 9:04 pm and 4:54 am. Average of 7h36m/night.

We don't really watch very much TV during the week and both enjoy the shite out of a good night of sleep.
