Finished season 2. You can tell they had an overhaul in the writing and creative department. Some good episodes but just didn't hit the level that season 1 had IMO.
Hoping for a season 3, I think they can/should wrap it up after a 3rd. Felt pretty frustrated that in the grand scheme, we didn't learn anything new, it almost just felt like all filler.
Also wasted an entire episode, I believe it was 4, by being in the past. I don't think that background was as important as the showrunners made it seem, they leaned into it by committing a whole episode worth.

Just finished season 2 the other night, and I Basically agree with everything you said, especially about the wasted episode in the past.
However, I think I actually enjoyed this season more than season 1. I’m enjoying the metaphysical aspects of the show, but I also agree that we’ve basically learned nothing over the entire season, which is ok if they’re allowed another season to tie it all together….but this strikes me as a show that doesn’t have many viewers, which means it could get canceled. So either they get another season to wrap it up, or it will have been a massive waste of time.

I enjoyed it but also agree. Felt like a bridge season where they weren’t sure how to get from point A to point B then to point C. Having said that, I’m still really intrigued by this show
