Being a "Handyman" can be a pretty good gig. If a guy owns a bunch of good hand and power tools and has the skills to use them, knows how to fix things and does a good job at a fair price, he can make good money.

Most handyman type jobs take just a few days at most and many of them are simple things that take just a few hours to do. Cash payment at the end of the job and on your way.

If a guy is good at it, word of mouth will bring him all the work he can ever want.
