What?

Expiring salary has actually INCREASED in value with this last CBA.

Teams will always be looking to shed long term salary now no matter what, which makes the big expirings all that much more valuable.

And again, you’re looking at him as a player, I’m looking at him as a huge salary that will allow you to go get Trae or someone of that ilk

That is not what I have heard from anyone. Virtually every comment I have ever seen was that the last two CBAs have killed the expiring contract phenomenon.

Can you show me someone mentioning that the latest CBA has increased value for expirings, and some big time trades centered around them recently? I'd like it for my own edification
