That's easy enough to do with federal and state money, but what about local money?
Livingston now has to educate your child at a loss, because while they are getting more fed and state money, they are not getting any more local sales / property tax money for your child.

Is there any real debate in the legislature about this bill? It passed the House and has few or vague rules applied to parents on spending the money?
