Short term we would need an artificial life system but long term it could be habitable, just need to melt the ice caps. Elon Musk said the quickest way to do it would be nukes on the ice caps. He’s smarter than everyone I know.

I think the temperature is tolerable for humans, it’s a really low temperature but the atmosphere is much thinner. That’s what Neil DeGrasse Tyson said. Not as smart, but still probably knows a thing or two.
