If the Persians are serious, they should first move to secure themselves and the airspace between Tel Aviv and Iran or their missile will never reac the target and they will get pounded in the response.
No Arab neighbor is going to stop Israel on that end. Saudis and Jordanians and other Gulf States have no love for the Persians.
Plus the Iranians cannot protect Kharg Island from either the Israelis or the US
