Is it any less a logical fallacy to say that if one identifiable group is convicted due to predisposition of that identifiable group, then it must be so in all instances for all identifiable groups?

You are not really saying that one can't somehow think there may be some inherent bias involved in once instance, unless you agree it is present in all instances, are you?

The only absurd argument is yours.

When the DOJ is headed by a guy who says that white nationalism is the gravest danger we face, when Obama uses the FBI to spy on Trump or when they turn a blind eye to people who literally burned buildings in DC but jail people who weren't even in the building on J6, you know the feds are being used as a political weapon.

So, did you lose a big case and now you're overcompensating by being a contrarian in every thread on this page? I'm just trying to understand your fierce commitment to arguing for the sake of arguing.
