re: Why the O-T hate over tattoos?

I saw a young woman walking into Walmart the other day that was insanely hot.She had on tight work out shorts,short sleeve tight shirt.Fabulous body,beautiful hair and face.
But she had full sleeve tattoos both arms and legs,looked awful.I’ve never seen anything like it in real life,only in magazines.

Then you see these young couples in Walmart with a small baby or a couple young kids and they don’t look very prosperous.Both of them will have all these tattoos all on their arms and legs.I just know they have better things to spend money on than tattoos.
