That said - it’s regional too. In my area you will very rarely find a 20s something wholesome female from a good family, etc. with tattoos. But i have met somewhat surprisingly normal women like that with tattoos from elsewhere.

Point deduction almost solely because anyone who does that is clearly trying to be unique…by being exactly the same as everyone else.
