India is complete online and has been since COVID. Their eVisa system had my last trip approved in less than 48 hrs, and in truth you don’t even need to do that if you are willing to do a same day visa application at the port of entry….

I went in 2013... different time, different world.
I vaguely recall the questionnaire having a lot of questions (understandably) about Pakistan, but I like to joke it starts off with "Have you ever been to Pakistan?" and by question 10 about Pakistan it's "Do you like Pakistani food? You ever had a positive thing to say about the place?"
