I own multiple daiquiri drive-thru stores. If you order a Strawberry Daq from my store a bartender (working solo often) grabs Rum, Strawberry puree, Sweet & Sour mix, and a blender. She then hand pours it to the ounce based off a recipe, ice, daq base, blend, cup, cap, out the window. That’s one drink. What if the order has 3 drinks, therefore tripling the work?

I worked seven years in a retail job where I had to ring up the items, go get the often heavy products, and load the products in the customer’s vehicle. Never got a penny tip, and never really thought about it. So I’m not going to cry for a gal who doesn’t get a generous tip for making drinks.
