For good or bad I treat minorities the same as I treat anyone else. And most of them are fine with that. The grievance industry types that we see on tv really aren't representative of the black folks I've known.

Treating people equally is racist.
If you are white, you must always put yourself in an inferior position when engaging with minorities. You must always place them in a superior position. That is the antiracism philosophy.
