re: Coming to Baton Rouge for the UCLA game, advice please

I’d rent a car as opposed to the bus. I’d look for a hotel in downtown Baton Rouge. As far as bars, restaurants, and tailgating, you want to hang around the Northgate (The Chimes, The Varsity, The Revelry, Raul’s, Highland Coffee). Maybe, maybe venture to Walk On’s if you have your walking shoes. As far as tailgating, plow through the Parade Grounds and look for tailgates along Field House Dr adjacent to the Stadium (near the Indian Mounds and where the band marches down the hill).
