You'll probably not need a drink spot but great vibes and libations here:

---- Incredible cocktails: Brakes Bar is a tiny hideaway/speakeasy attached to one end of Spoke & Hub restaurant (do not eat there) - LINK - it's as good a cocktail program as anywhere in the South
Have lots of coozans in BR so a local could give you food ideas but I second the Mike Anderson's reco for seafood // This is a decent list of BR seafood options LINK /
