Objectively speaking: I keep an eye on where WWE, NXT, AEW, and IMPACT tour. Tony has come back to his home town once. That was before the lockdowns. If I remember the numbers correctly they sold both the floor and lower 2 bowls out of Illinois's arena. It's crazy that they haven't went back there. His dad came over from India to study there, started the business that made him a millionaire, and Tony himself graduated from there as well.
Instead he's run Chicago into the ground. (I've already heard many of you AEW fans say that in these threads.) I've said it before, he'd be better off if he did Daily's Place at least once a month. Arthur Ashe was their SummerSlam level event but now they can't fill a tennis stadium for it?
Tonight could be Tony's equivalent of Bischoff telling everyone about the Mankind title win over Rock as both shows were airing. I'll take my lumps on here if I'm wrong.

For what it's worth I think Daily's Place is a really cool venue. Looks really neat on TV.
I'd give one of my Kidney's to see WWE do a quarterly Bash at the Beach type event, even if it is just a Raw or Smackdown. Daily's Place almost kind of gives me those vibes.
