Not really a contradiction.
One can simultaneously believe the decision should only be made at the state level AND, oppose the current decision of the state. People fight for changes in law all the time.
It would be a contradiction if she said, "I think it should be left to the states but the Supreme Court needs to overrule the Arizona High Court".

You're correct, but objecting to a state decision that went in favor of conservatism and then trying to tie your position to Trump/Conservatives is pure absurdity.
She has no idea what she believes (if anything), which is why she looks so ridiculous on this.
