Teedy 1000% either has some inbreeding in her family or she has some chromosomes that are off. She is legit in the spectrum of special needs.
And I don’t throw those diagnoses around lightly as I actually taught special needs years ago when I was coaching ball. How she ever got to the status of being the Mayor of our city ??????????
I think she has a little bit of mongloidism in her DNA. Physically and Mentally.
